About Pawlo and this waitlist

Pawlo is a planned, Calgary-first purchasing platform for independent pet-service businesses. The free founding waitlist helps Pawlo understand local interest and invite eligible providers as member ordering opens.

Joining records your interest only. It does not create a Pawlo membership, place a product order, charge you, guarantee admission, promise a launch date, or reserve a particular position in the launch queue.

How shared ordering is planned to work

Pawlo is designed to combine small, prepaid member orders into one commercial order through its supplier account. Paid orders contribute to a rolling community progress total. Once that total reaches our master freight minimum, Pawlo submits the master order, receives it at its commercial location, and prepares each member’s items for local Click N Collect.

The model does not promise a fixed submission date, individual shipping, home delivery, or drop-shipping. Timing depends on community demand and supplier availability.

Pricing and payment

Pawlo is planned around below-retail pricing. Savings may vary by product, and joining the waitlist does not lock in a discount, price, fee, or other commercial term. Exact prices will be shown before a member pays.

Orders must be paid before they count toward the community total. Interac e-Transfer is planned without an added processing fee. Credit card orders include a 2.4% Stripe processing fee, shown before payment.

Eligibility and local Click N Collect

Pawlo is intended for eligible independent, non-facility pet-service businesses in the local launch area. Applicants may be reviewed before membership is offered. Products are sold for local Click N Collect; members are responsible for collecting their orders during the collection instructions provided for that cycle.

Product scope

The planned catalog focuses on non-prescription operational supplies such as grooming products, treats, waste bags, sanitation products, and other everyday pet-care essentials. Pharmacy and prescription products are not part of the Pawlo offering. Products, brands, prices, and availability may change by ordering cycle.

Required acceptance

You must accept these Waitlist Terms and the Pawlo Privacy Policy to submit the form. We record that acknowledgement and the consent-text version shown with your submission.

Verification and launch priority

Verifying your email and mobile confirms that Pawlo can reach you and can improve your launch priority relative to unverified entries. Full verification does not guarantee membership or a specific place in the queue.

Accurate and genuine information

You agree to provide accurate contact and business information. We may remove, suppress, or ignore entries that appear incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicative, or abusive.

Transactional and marketing communications

We may send transactional messages needed to operate the waitlist, including an email verification link, an SMS verification code when requested, and operational messages about your entry. These messages do not enrol you in marketing.

Marketing email and SMS are separate, optional choices. They are sent only through channels you select on the form, are not a condition of joining or keeping your place, and can be withdrawn at any time. SMS message and data rates may apply.

Future purchase terms

These terms govern the waitlist, not future purchases. If Pawlo offers you membership, the prices, payment details, collection instructions, cancellation rules, and any other terms shown during ordering will govern that purchase.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Waitlist Terms as Pawlo develops. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
