What exactly is Pawlo?
Pawlo is a local buying club for independent pet businesses. It combines many small, prepaid orders into one commercial order. This gives members access to supplies at below-retail prices.
Who is Pawlo for?
Pawlo is for independent pet pros in the Calgary area. This includes walkers, sitters, trainers, groomers, wellness providers, educators, rescues, photographers, and other pet businesses.
Do I have to place a large order?
No. Order what your business needs. Pawlo combines all prepaid orders, so the community reaches our master freight minimum together.
When is the master order submitted?
As soon as the paid total reaches our master freight minimum. Pawlo uses a rolling cycle, not a set calendar date. The progress bar shows how close the group is.
What will Pawlo pricing look like?
Eligible products are priced below regular retail. Prices may vary by item. You will see the exact price before you pay.
How do payments work?
Every order must be paid before it joins the group total. Interac e-Transfer has no processing fee. Card checkout adds a clear 2.4% Stripe processing fee.
Why are orders prepaid?
Prepayment makes sure the progress bar shows real orders. Pawlo does not have to guess at demand or buy extra stock that members may not need.
Where do I get my order?
You can use local Click N Collect in Calgary after the Kane shipment arrives. Pawlo does not ship orders one by one.
Why is Click N Collect required?
Pawlo uses a commercial Kane Veterinary Supplies account and receives the main shipment at a commercial site. Local Click N Collect follows the supplier’s rules and removes individual freight costs.
What products will be available?
The catalog will focus on everyday supplies such as grooming products, training treats, waste bags, cleaning products, and other non-prescription essentials. Pharmacy and prescription products are not included.
What does it cost to join the waitlist?
Nothing. The founding waitlist is free. Joining does not place an order or guarantee entry. Verify your email and mobile to join the first launch group.
